The NE-1000 One Channel Programmable Syringe Pump is a versatile and precise solution for laboratory and production fluid handling applications. It is capable of holding a single syringe ranging from micro-liter sizes up to 60 mL (or 140 mL partially filled), with infusion rates spanning 0.73 µL/hr for a 1 mL syringe up to 2100 mL/hr for a 60 mL syringe. Its compact, space-saving chassis measures only 5 3/4“ x 8 3/4“, ensuring it occupies minimal bench space while delivering full functionality. The pump features an easy-to-use keypad interface and supports one-click program uploads from the “Pumping Program Generator” spreadsheet, streamlining workflow and improving efficiency. The NE-1000 is fully programmable and automation-capable, supporting both infusion and withdrawal. Users can set a single pumping rate or dispensing volume, or program up to 41 pumping phases, which can vary rates, insert pauses, control external signals, and sound alerts. With dispensing accuracy of ±1%, motor stall detection, and the ability to network and monitor up to 100 pumps from a single computer, the NE-1000 provides unmatched reliability and precision. By connecting two NE-1000 pumps with a cable, one pump can infuse while the other refills, or both can infuse simultaneously, allowing seamless continuous operation. The NE-1000 is compatible with disposable, glass, and stainless steel syringes, though syringes and plumbing supplies are sold separately. The NE-1000 family includes models for higher pressure (NE-1010), even higher pressure (NE-8000), microfluidic applications (NE-1002X), and OEM solutions (NE-500). Firmware upgrades are available to enable linear pumping and expand pumping program memory.
