Because no glycol or coolant is required, startup times are dramatically reduced, and total energy consumption is less than half that of traditional systems. EcoChyll evaporators also minimize operator intervention. Since the evaporation flask is stirred instead of rotated, residual product can be drained directly through a valve. The X3 can also be configured for complete process automation, saving time and reducing operational costs without compromising results.
