The CD AutoPlus™ is a precision autosampling system featuring all-inert syringes, valves, tubing, and fluidics, designed for plug-and-play integration with CD14 Comparative Dissolution Testers. Equipped with six 10 mL syringes and ±1% volume accuracy (0.1 mL), it accommodates sampling intervals of under five minutes. The system is available in two configurations: DissoScan™ and Maximizer™. DissoScan™ supports optional return-to-vessel (RTV) probes for recirculating rinse volumes, while Maximizer™ enables automated addition of dilutions or stabilizers. Both configurations include a media-replacement kit, low-evaporation vessel covers, six fixed PEEK probes, and a 6-channel tubing harness. The AutoFill™ fraction collector integrates seamlessly with the AutoPlus™, saving space and providing a 360° view for visual monitoring. Combined with the CD14 dissolution tester, the system offers the smallest 14-vessel footprint in its class.
